Weather Situation
A ridge will lie over Tasmania during Sunday, with a high centre to the east strengthening in the afternoon. Hot and sunny conditions are expected about inland areas of northern Tasmania during Sunday, with freshening northwesterly winds during the afternoon producing Very High Fire Danger about the Central North and northern Midlands.
