Weather Situation

Hot. Mostly sunny. Fresh and gusty northwesterly winds, shifting southwest to southeasterly about the southeast and east during the afternoon. Temperatures reaching low to mid 30's, RH down to 10-20% and winds of 35 to 45 km/h across most southern, central and eastern areas.

For Thursday 30 January:
Severe Fire Danger is forecast for the following forecast districts:
North East, East Coast, Midlands and South East

Very High Fire Danger is forecast for the following forecast district:
Upper Derwent Valley
